Prior to founding Work Capital, Allyson held senior positions in asset management, philanthropy and impact investing at firms including Goldman Sachs, Fidelity Investments, and the Clinton Foundation. With a passion for investing in women and girls, Allyson is an owner and former Global President of Ellevate Network, a board member of the Morgan Stanley GIFT and SHAUN Foundation for Girls and advisor to Komera.org
Chief Investment Officer
A co-founder of Work, Jason is the architect of the Large Cap, All Cap and thematic investment framework. An accomplished thought leader and author, Jason has advised on over $3 billion in ESG and impact investing assets, most recently at U.S. Trust. Formerly, Jason led the community investing team at Lehman Brothers and headed the investment committee as a board member for the Hitachi Foundation.
Tyler is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Work Capital Large Cap and All Cap strategies, as well as specialty offerings including the Faith, Gender, LGBT, and Environmental and Fossil Reserve Free offerings. Tyler formerly managed the entire suite of U.S. Trust’s proprietary social innovation products.
Mackenzie Colgan reinoso
Mackenzie is leading the business development strategy and function at Work. Passionate about leveraging the capital markets to create social and environmental change, Mackenzie was most recently the Regional Director for ImpactAssets. Formerly, she held positions at the Acumen Fund based in East Africa, New York Life / MainStay Investments, and the Clinton Foundation. Mackenzie is on the Young Professionals Board for AMREF Health Africa.
Chief Operating and Compliance Officer, AlphaOne Capital Partners, LLC
Donald O’Hara has more than 20 years of investment industry experience supporting the operations and accounting of hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, institutional separate accounts, SMA wrap products, and mutual funds.
Prior to joining AlphaOne, Mr. O’Hara was the Controller for Reliance International Research, the investment advisor to the Reliance Management family of alternative investment vehicles. While at Reliance International Research, he helped develop an international, institutional operating structure which supported the accounting, performance reporting, and investor servicing for various hedge fund strategies.
Before joining Reliance International Research, Mr. O’Hara was Senior Performance Analyst for CMS Companies, where he managed performance reporting and operations for various private equity and hedge fund of fund products. Preceding CMS Companies, Mr. O’Hara assisted in establishing the operations structure for Gartmore Global Investments. He has also spent many years in back office operations and accounting at Brinker Capital and SEI Investments.
He holds a MBA in Finance from Villanova University and a BS in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. He holds FINRA licenses: Series 7, 24, and 63.
Senior Operations Analyst
MaryBeth McLallen serves as Senior Operations Analyst for AlphaOne Capital Partners. Prior to joining AlphaOne in January 2010, Mrs. McLallen spent nine years at Redstone Investors, LP as an executive assistant. Previously, she was an administrative assistant at Morgan Stanley.
Ms. McLallen received a B.S. in Management Systems in 2000.
Jr. Operations Analyst
Mila Nikolic joined AlphaOne in May this year and serves as a Jr. Operations Analyst. Prior to AlphaOne, Mila spent four years at Key Bank as a Lead Teller.
Ms. Nikolic received a B.S. in Finance in 2007 from the West University of Timisoara, Romania.
